Covid-19 Update

We are operational as normal.  Deliveries are done by couriers will continue as normal.  Click and Collect is also available after you place the order online or by phone.

Due to the current restrictions in VIC, browsing at the warehouse is not permitted.  

In an effort to minimise the risk of COVID-19 to our employees and the community, Ladder Central has adopted the following procedures for all pickups.  We have implemented cautious measures for customers entering our warehouse.  Out of respect for our company and its employees, can you please ensure abide by the following:

• Check-in by scanning the QR Code with your phone
• Wearing of face mask
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Park in an open space
  
• Follow social distancing requirements; refrain from approaching within 1.5 metres of other individuals while on site.  
• If you are unwell, please stay at home.
