How to Order

Order Online

Ordering online is quick and easy with these simple steps:

1. Select the product you wish to purchase and choose either "Delivery" or "Pickup" before adding the item to your shopping cart.

2. Proceed to Checkout and enter your billing and shipping details, along with your preferred payment method.

3. Confirm your order.  Once completed, our system will automatically email you the tax invoice and credit/debit card payment receipt for your records.

If you select "Delivery", we will arrange for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible and provide tracking details via email once available.

If you select "Pickup", we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.  Orders are typically ready within 15 minutes to a few hours. It usually takes between 15 minutes to a few hours for the order ready for pickup.  

Order by Phone

If you prefer to speak with a team member when placing your order, please call 1300 211 499 to speak with one of our ladder specialists.  We can securely process your credit card payment over the phone.  Once payment has been sucessfully processed, a tax invoice and credit/debit card receipt will be emailed to you for your records.

Order by Email

You can also send us your order by email to sales@laddercentral.com.au and let us know your preferred payment method.  

For EFT payment, we would email you a proforma invoice with our bank account details.  When you have made the payment, you can email us the EFT receipt for us to process your order.

For credit card payment, one of our ladder specialist team would call you to process the payment over the phone. 

Once the payment has been processed, we will email you the credit card payment receipt and tax invoice.

Order for Rolling Ladders

You will need to complete our online form to specify the hardware, ladder, colour, sizes etc.  Once we have received this information, we will send you an official quote.  If you are happy with the quote, we will send you an invoice for payment.  Please find below the link for the online form:
