$1,000 Safework NSW Small Business Rebate


The Safework NSW Small Business Rebate offers eligible small businesses and sole traders in NSW up to $1,000 towards the cost of approved workplace health and safety items such as ladders.


You need to meet this criteria to be eligible:

  • You must have an ABN and has been operating as a business for at least 6 months
  • Have less than 50 employees
  • Your business must operate in NSW
  • You must not have received the rebate in the last 5 years (under the same ABN


Your application needs to include:

  1. Proof of purchase of the ladders and accessories
  2. Proof you have completed an eligible SafeWork NSW education activity either in person or online
  3. Proof your business meets the eligibility criteria
