What is Quiet Glide?
This patented technology manufactured by Custom Service Hardware based in Wisconsin USA makes the hardware run smoothly and quietly. It has been tested through 100,000 cycle checks to ensure the technology can withstand a lifetime of use. The 100,000 cycle test, tests not only the rollers but also the bearings, powder coatings, rails and brackets, which mean it tests EVERYTHING!

Rolling Ladder Top Rollers
All of our top rollers allow your ladder to be stored in an upright position when not in use!
Rolling
The Rolling top roller is designed to fit onto the rail during assembly and is fixed permanently, offering more support and safety.
Rolling Hook
The Rolling Hook top roller is designed to allow the ladder to be easily lifted on and off the rail. Ideal if there are multiple rails for the ladder to interchange between.
Swivel
The Swivel top roller is designed to fit onto the rail during assembly and is fixed permanently. The swivel on the top rollers enables the ladder to go over our curved rail. Available in black only.

Simple Solution Hooks
All of our Top Hooks allow your ladder to be stored in an upright position when not in use!
Single Hook
The Simple Solution Hook allows your ladder to be hooked at the position required and then simply unhooked to move it about. Designed with functionality in mind, as with the 'rolling top rollers', the Hook allows your ladder to be easily stored in an upright position when not in use. Non-skid feet included!
Double Hook
The Double Hook allows your ladder to be hooked at the position required and then simply unhooked to move it about! The two hooks allow you to change between stored position and climbing position. With non-skid feet included, you can't go wrong with this solution!
Stationary/Loft Ladder
This kit is designed to permanently attach your ladder to your wall/shelf. It is the perfect solution for areas such as lofts, bunk beds, high window seats and other areas that require the height of a ladder but don't need the hook or rolling function.

Our Non-Skid Feet are automatically included in Simple Solution Hook Kits.
Rails
We offer rails in a number of different lengths (please see below). Although not all rail length options are available to purchase through our online store, you can contact us for a customised quote and we can work out the best rail configuration for your project.

Rail Extras
End caps are screwed into the end of your ladder rail. This stops the ladder from being able to roll off the rail and also adds a nice finishing touch to your rail.
Brackets are used to secure your ladder rail to your wall, bookshelf or cabinetry. Available in either vertical or horizontal.

Ladders come un-assembled and unfinished ready for you to add your finishing touches with paint or stain! Available in two wood species, with your choice of 2 widths and 3 heights. NOTE: When purchasing a 9ft or 10ft ladder you will need to purchase additional rung supports. x1 for a 9ft ladder and x2 for a 10ft ladder.
